Ann Johnson (politician)
Ann Johnson (born August 13, 1974)[1] is an American attorney and politician. She has represented the 134th District in the Texas House of Representatives since 2021. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Career
Johnson is from Houston. She worked as an attorney for politicians Mike Martin, Craig Eiland, and Jack Brooks. Johnson also worked in the Legislative Affairs Office during the Clinton Administration and in the Harris County District Attorney's Office.[2]
In 2020, Johnson became a member-elect of the Texas House of Representatives, District 134, succeeded Republican incumbent Sarah Davis.[3][4] She supports gun-control regulation. The National Rifle Association rated Johnson an F. During her campaign, she was endorsed by Annise Parker, Ellen Cohen, and the LGBTQ Victory Fund.[2]
Personal life
Johnson is lesbian. She married artist Sonya Cuellar in 2015 after marriage-quality was passed. As of 2020, they had been in a relationship for 10 years. They have 3 rescue dogs.[2]
