Anna Lanning

Anna Lanning (born March 25, 1994) is an Australian cricketer who plays for the Melbourne Stars in the Women's Big Bash League.[1] She plays as a batter.

Lanning is the younger sister of Australian cricket captain, Meg Lanning with who she played with at the Melbourne Stars.[2] She also spent time playing in England, and locally plays for Box Hill, the ACT and Victoria.[3]

Lanning's first match for the Renegades in the 2019-20 season, which was her debut for the team, she scored 73 in a player of the match performance.[4] She was contracted as an injury replacement for Claire Koski.[5]
