Apsilus is a genus of snappers native to the Atlantic Ocean,[1] with these currently recognized species:[1]

  • Apsilus dentatus Guichenot, 1853 (black snapper)
  • Apsilus fuscus Valenciennes, 1830 (African forktail snapper)
