BOSH!

BOSH! is a duo of British vegan chefs from Sheffield consisting of Henry Firth and Ian Theasby.[1][2] They host a successful vegan cooking channel on YouTube, have authored a series of books,[3] and host the ITV1 television programme Living on the Veg.[4] Their 2018 BOSH! became the first vegan cookbook to top the Sunday Times Bestsellers chart, and is among the 50 best-selling UK cookbooks of all time.[5]
