Battle of Catalán

The Battle of Catalán was a battle between the Portuguese forces under the Marquis of Alegrete, Luís Teles da Silva Caminha e Meneses, and the Artiguist forces of Andrés Latorre in Arroyo Catalán, modern-day Uruguay.[1]
