Battle of Tashiskari
The Battle of Tashiskari (Georgian: ტაშისკარის ბრძოლა) was fought between the Georgians and the Turks at the village of Tashiskari on June 16, 1609. The Georgians, led by Giorgi Saakadze won a victory over the Turks.
