Botswana–Namibia border

The Botswana–Namibia border is a 1544 kilometre-long border between Botswana and Namibia.[1]

The Sedudu island dispute

Since 1992, Sedudu island with the population of 0 was the cause of the dispute between Botswana and Namibia. The island is located in the Cuando River, which is considered a part of the border between two countries.[4] Judges at the World Court ruled that the island belonged to Botswana in December 1999.[5]
