Brittney Palmer

Brittney Palmer (born June 24, 1987), is an American ring girl, model and artist. She is best known for her work as an Octagon girl for the UFC, and was awarded Ringcard Girl of the Year for 2012 at the World MMA Awards[4] and again in 2013.

Career

On April 19, 2011, Palmer appeared on YouTube opposite model Jo Garcia, in a Mortal Kombat themed video, which has, as of September 2013, garnered over 600,000 hits.[5] In 2012 Palmer appeared on the cover of the March issue of Playboy,[6] making her the third ring girl to do so, preceded by Rachelle Leah as well as Arianny Celeste.[6] At the January 20, 2012 World MMA Awards, Palmer was awarded Ring Card Girl of the Year,[4] prevailing over Arianny Celeste for the 2012 award while simultaneously ending Celeste's winning streak.

Early life

Palmer started her performing arts career dancing professionally for the historic show "Jubilee" at Bally’s and “X Burlesque” at The Flamingo Hotel. After a car accident that left Brittney bed ridden she was determined to express her creativity through painting and art. Palmer was committed to take her passion to the next level by picking up the brush and moving to Los Angeles. She began working with acrylics, oils, and aerosols at the University of California, Los Angeles where she studied Art History and Classic Portraiture. Various exhibits have featured her work at institutions and galleries in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Hong Kong and Milan.

Branding

Brittney Palmer has formed partnerships and generated commercial collaborations with some of the most recognizable brands in the world including Reebok, W Hotels and Bird Scooters. In addition to high profile corporations, Brittney often works with more boutique brands. Several of those joint efforts include alliances with G Fuel, Verbenas and Sweet Sweat to name a few.

Social Media

Brittney Palmer has garnered a following of over 3 million social media eyes and UFC fans. An internationally known personality, spokesmodel and ambassador with UFC for over 12 years, she has laid the groundwork for influencers today.

Philanthropy

Brittney utilizes her love and passion for the greater good. She has raised over $100,000 in donations through her paintings with some of the biggest organizations, charities, and auctions in the World. Most notably the respected AMFAR Galas in Milan, Hong Kong, NYC and Sardinia. She has been an artist ambassador with UNICEF, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith‘s Janie’s Fund, Generation Cure, and Lady Gaga‘s Born This Way Foundation. Palmer has exhibited her dynamic paintings alongside some of the most influential artists of the past and present, including Pablo Picasso, Damien Hirst, Kaws, Ai Weiwei, Mr Brainwash, Ellen Von Unwerth and Andy Warhol.
