Cașcaval pane
Cașcaval pane is an Eastern Eauropean dish[1] made usually with gouda cheese that is coated in bread crumbs. In Romania and Bulgaria, cheese is called Cașcaval or Кашкавал (Kashkaval) respectfully, hence the beginning of the name 'Kashkaval Pane'. Cașcaval pane is traditionally served as an appetiser, and can be garnished with fried potatoes, potatoes, mamaliga (with mujdei) or a variety of salads.
