Christy Holly

Christy Holly is an Irish football coach and former player who is currently the head coach of Racing Louisville in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).[1]

Playing career

Holly played in college for John Moores University and professionally for Limavady United in the Irish Premier League.

Coaching career

Sky Blue FC, 2016–2017

After serving as an assistant coach in the Sky Blue FC organization for three years, Holly was named head coach in January 2016.[2] He stepped down from that position on August 16, 2017.[3]

Personal life

Holly is a cousin of Gaelic footballer Barry McGoldrick.[4] He was the winner of the annual Paddy Preston award for Assistance helping his fellow man.[5][6] Holly is engaged to former USWNT Captain Christie Pearce.[7]
