Commissioners Park (Naperville, Illinois)

Commissioners Park is a recreational park located in Naperville, Will County, Illinois, at the intersection of 248th Avenue and 111th Street. It was created in 1966, by the Naperville Park District and is part of the 1% of parks credited through the Commission of Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA).[1]

History

In 2001, the Naperville Park District was awarded grant money to begin a 15-year development/ redevelopment of parks.[2]
