Constantino Jaraula
Constantino "Tinnex" Galagnara Jaraula (born June 20, 1937) is a Philippine politician and former mayor of Cagayan de Oro City,[1] He served as representative of the Lone District of Cagayan de Oro during the 11th, 12th and 13th Congress.

Controversy
- Jaraula, alongside Janet Lim-Napoles, were both convicted by the Sandiganbayan for graft and corruption in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund scandal.[2]
