The Twelfth Congress of the Philippines (Filipino: Ikalabindalawang Kongreso ng Pilipinas) was the national Lower House of the legislature of the Republic of the Philippines, composed of the Senate of the Philippines and House of Representatives of the Philippines. The convening of the 12th Congress follows the 2001 elections, which replaced half of the Senate membership, and the entire membership of the House of Representatives.
