Crambus whitmerellus
Crambus whitmerellus, or Whitmer's grass-veneer, is a moth in the family Crambidae. It was described by Alexander Barrett Klots in 1942.[1] It has been recorded in North America from Alberta, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. The habitat consists of grasslands.

The wingspan is 21–27 mm. The forewings are yellowish brown with a pearly-white costal edge and a silvery-white median stripe. The hindwings are light grayish brown. Adults are on wing in late June and July in one generation per year.
The larvae probably feed on grasses.[2]
