Cryptotympanini

Cryptotympanini is a tribe of cicadas in the family Cicadidae. There are 16 genera and at least 260 described species in Cryptotympanini.[1][2] They are found in the Nearctic, Palearctic, Indomalaya, Oceania, and tropical Africa.[1]
