Cup of the Soviet Army (1983–1990)
Cup of the Soviet Army (1983–1990) was a secondary cup tournament in Bulgaria between 1983 and 1990. The winners qualify for the UEFA Cup, unless they have qualified for the European Cup through their league position, in which case the UEFA Cup berth goes to the highest-placed team from the A Group not already qualified for Europe. The tournament declined and was discontinued after 1990. The competition has been dominated by Sofia-based teams. The Sofia teams have won together a total number of 7 titles.
