Dacia Spring
The Dacia Spring Electric (internal code BBG)[2] is an all-electric city car manufactured by the Romanian car manufacturer Dacia which is going to be produced from 2021. It is prefigured by the Dacia Spring Electric concept unveiled in March 2020.[3] When launched, it will be the cheapest new electric car in Europe.

Presentation
The Spring Electric was presented at Renault EWAYS conference on October 15th 2020[4] and marketed for early 2021.[2][5] The deliveries for companies will start in early 2021, while for private customers in autumn of 2021.[4]
Features
Dacia Spring Electric is related to Renault City K-ZE[6] produced in China since 2019, which itself is based on the Renault Kwid produced in India and Brazil, and its made on the CMF-A platform.[7] In order to meet European safety standards, Dacia Spring Electric has been redesigned, and it features a reinforced chassis, six airbags and other assistance systems.[6][8]
Versions
Car-sharing services and cargo utility versions will also be launched in 2021.[5]
Concept car
The Spring Electric is prefigured by the concept car Dacia Spring Electric concept unveiled on the web on 3 March 2020.[9] It was to be presented at the Geneva International Motor Show 2020 but it was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[10]
The Spring Electric has a gray body colour enhanced with neon orange accents on the rims, the door handles, the mirrors and the grille.[11]
