Damasus (beetle)

Damasus is a genus of leaf beetles in the subfamily Eumolpinae. It contains only one species, Damasus albicans, which is distributed in Syria and Turkey.[2][3] It was first described by the Belgian entomologist Félicien Chapuis in 1874.
