Darwiniana

Darwiniana is a collection of essays by botanist Asa Gray. These widely-read articles both defended the theory of evolution from the standpoint of botany, and sought reconciliation with theology by arguing theistic evolution-- that natural selection is not inconsistent with Christianity.
