Daswin Office Tower
Daswin Office Tower or Daswin building is an under construction skyscraper situated at the intersection of Jl. Rasuna Said and Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is being developed by PT Windas Development, which consists of Japan-based real estate giant Mitsubishi Estate, Indonesian manufacturing company and property developer Gesit Group and diversified conglomerate Santini Group.[1]The project is the first business opportunity for Mitsubishi Estate to develop an office building in Indonesia.[2]

It is being constructed over a land area of 1.6 hectares and expected to be completed by 2020. The office tower will be supported by retail and multi functional facilities on the lower floors, with total floor area to over 140,000 sq m.[3]
