Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research
The Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER) is an Indian defence laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, it conducts research development of technologies and products in the areas of Bio-energy and Bio-fuel for addressing defence needs. The present director of DIBER is Dr. Madhu Bala.
