Dek siw
Dek siw (เด็กซิ่ว in Thai) means "fossil student" and refers to students who graduate from high school but defer university entrance to spend a year studying at home or at cram school. Deksil hope to do better on GAT-PAT, O-Net and the central examinations for a better chance to get into a top university.[1]
