Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time

Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time (Japanese: 名探偵コナン ゼロの日常, Hepburn: Meitantei Konan Zero No Nichijō) is a Japanese manga series created under supervision by Gosho Aoyama and illustrated by Takahiro Arai. It has been published in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since May 2018. It is a spin-off of Detective Conan manga by Aoyama and is centered on the agent Toru Amuro.

Arai launched another spin-off in Weekly Shōnen Sunday, titled Detective Conan: Police Academy Arc Wild Police Story, which ran in Weekly Shōnen Sunday from October 2019 to November 2020.

Publication

Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time is created under supervision by Gosho Aoyama and illustrated by Takahiro Arai. It started in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday on May 9, 2018.[1][2] New chapters of the manga are only published when Aoyama's main series Detective Conan is on hiatus.[3] Shogakukan has compiled its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on August 8, 2018.[4] As of November 18, 2019, four volumes have been released.[5]

Shogakukan Asia licensed the manga for English language release in Southeast Asia in January 2019.[6]

Arai published another spin-off, titled Detective Conan: Police Academy Arc Wild Police Story, which ran in Weekly Shōnen Sunday from October 2, 2019 to November 18, 2020.[7][8]

Reception

Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time ranked 6th on the "Nationwide Bookstore Employees' Recommended Comics of 2018" ranking by the Honya Club website.[11]
