Dhipur Islamia Fazil Madrasah

Dhipur Islamia Fazil Madrasah is a Bangladeshi school of Lakshmipur Tongibari Munshiganj. Since its inception, the institution has been spreading education among the students of this area. It is affiliated to Islamic university, Kushtia and Islamic Arabic university, Dhaka. The Madrasa received MPO on 1 January 1985.[3]

History

The Madrasa was first established in Marialoy. Later it moved to its current location. It is currently located in the village of Dhipur, near Tongi Bari upazila (2 km [1.2 mi] south). The Madrasa was established on 1 January 1980.[4]

Academic Buildings

There are 5 two-storied buildings with 26 rooms, a computer lab, a science lab, 2 tube wells and 3 toilets in the madrasah.[5]

Education System

Under the Madrasah Education Board, the students of the General department receive modern education along with religious education. The textbooks by the board were distributed among the students on 1 January. In addition to the main educational activities, students take part in observing national days, discussion on various Islamic days and others co-education programs (painting, composition contests, ghazals, presenting national songs, etc.).

Teachers

There are 20 skilled, trained teachers to teach students.[4] More teachers waiting to fill the vacancies.

Computer Lab

The Sheikh Russell Digital Lab[6] provided by the Government of Bangladesh is to make the students of the institution skilled in information technology. Here classes are conducted through multimedia so that students can understand and learn the lessons more attractively. There are also arrangements for admission to various computer learning courses for both institutional and external.

Management Committee

The governing body of the Madrasa is a total of 15 members, including Engg. Muhammad Asif Iqbal (president), Ma (vice-president), 3 electoral members and 9 members.
