Dorothea Bennett (novelist)

Dorothea Bennett born 1914 in Ireland as Dorothea Alice Bennett was a novelist and screenwriter married to Terence Young in 1942.

The daughter of Colonel William Bennett D.S.O. O.B.E.,[1] she is largely known for The Jigsaw Man[2][3] and film work. Prior to her marriage to Young, she was married to the artist Francis Cook from 1933-1935. She died in 1985 in Westminster, London, England.
