Dosut, Neelum Valley

Dosut (Urdu: دوسٹ, Kashmiri: دُسَٹ) is a village in the Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.[1] It is located 142 km from Muzaffarabad, and 6 km from Sharda.

Divisions

Dosut is a large village divided into small villages. These villages are Dosut Gharbi, Dosut Markaz, Dosut Sharqi,Dosut Seri, Dosut Bala Seri, Maulvi Shah Seri and Najjarpura villages.

Languages and people

The languages spoken here are Kashmiri, Pahari, Gojri, Hindko and Urdu. Most of the people are engaged in agriculture while others are engaged in government employment and business.
