Dragon Goes House-Hunting

Dragon Goes House-Hunting (ドラゴン、家を買う。, Dragon, Ie o Kau.) is a Japanese fantasy manga series, written by Kawo Tanuki and illustrated by Choco Aya. It has been serialized in Mag Garden's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Comic Garden since December 2016 and has been collected in five tankōbon volumes. The manga is licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment. An anime television series adaptation by Signal.MD is set to premiere in April 2021.

Dearia (ディアリア, Diaria)

A powerful elf demon lord, who's also skilled architect and knows the real estate business. Takes in Letty as his client to different estates to find him his dream home.
Pip (ピーちゃん, Pi-chan)
Voiced by: Shiori Izawa[2]
Full name: Piyovelt Phelpia Pi Alpine Piyoderika. A hræsvelgr chick who imprinted on Letty.
Nell (ネル, Neru)
Voiced by: Misato Fukuen[2]
Full name: Andriana Ellen Croixdea Margarethe Emmalyn Narsham Felna. A stubborn runaway human princess.

Anime

An anime adaptation was announced on the fifth volume of the manga on October 10, 2019,[9] later revealed as a television series on May 9, 2020. It is animated by Signal.MD and directed by Haruki Kasugamori, with Shiori Asuka and Su Shiyi designing the characters, and Kyōhei Matsuno composing the music.[10] The series is set to premiere in April 2021 on Tokyo MX, ytv, and BS Fuji.[2]
