East Biggs, California
East Biggs (formerly, Rio Bonito) is a small unincorporated community in Butte County, California. It lies at an elevation of 121 feet (37 m).

The town was founded on the Northern Electric Railroad. Rio Bonito post office opened in 1909 and closed it in 1914.[2]
Politics
In the state legislature, East Biggs is in the 4th Senate District, represented by Republican Jim Nielsen,[3] and the 3rd Assembly District, represented by Republican James Gallagher.[4] Federally, East Biggs is in California's 1st congressional district, represented by Republican Doug LaMalfa.[5]
