Eigil Knutsen
Eigil Knutsen (born 21 October 1988) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Hordaland during the term 2013–2017.[1] He hails from Karmøy, but has been based in Bergen since 2008 to study at the University of Bergen.
Knutsen was on Utøya during the 2011 Utøya shootings, but succeeded in hiding from the shooter.[2]
