Elaine McKenna
Elaine McKenna (24 March 1937 – 6 January 1992) was an Australian singer, who became known for her television appearances throughout the 1950s and 1960s, particularly in Melbourne where she was associated with GTV-9.[1]

For her television work, McKenna won the Logie for Best Singer at the 1961 Logie Awards.[2]
McKenna relocated to the United States of America in late 1961.[3] She appeared on The Bob Newhart Show in 1961.[4][5]
In 1963, McKenna married American actor and performer Tim Evans. Although the couple had planned to get married at St Patrick's Cathedral in Melbourne during the Australian summer,[6] they were married in Texas in October 1963.[7]
McKenna died in 1992.
