Erik Shoji

Erik Thomas Shoji (born August 24, 1989) is an American volleyball player, member of the United States men's national volleyball team and Russian club Fakel Novy Urengoy, gold medalist of the 2014 World League and 2015 World Cup, two–time NORCECA Champion (2013, 2017).

Personal life

Erik's parents are Dave Shoji and Mary Shoji. His older brother Kawika Shoji is also a player (setter) for the United States men's national team.[1]

Career

Shoji was a member of the Men’s Junior National Team in 2008 and 2009. He joined the senior national team in 2013 and helped the team win the gold medal at the NORCECA Championship.

He made his debut for the senior U.S. men's national team in 2013.[2]
