Ertuğrul Dilek

Ertuğrul Dilek (born 1935 in Manisa, Turkey) is a former Turkish international football referee.[1][2]

Career

He officiated two international matches and was member of FIFA in 1970–78. He attributed a EURO 1976 qualifying match played between Romania-Scotland (1:1)[3] and other was in friendly match. He also refereed a match in U21 EURO 1988.

In club football he officiated some UEFA competition matches such as Champions League (3), UEFA Cup (7) and Cup Winners Cup (3).[4] He also refereed two Turkish Super Cup in 1974 and 1975.

Personal life

He played for Manisa Idman Yurdu, but in 1957 his leg broken and had to end footballer career. After referee career he was Chairman of the Central Arbitration Committee of Turkey Football Assosiation.[5][6]
