Club career

Lyngby

During the summer of 2019, Tekşen moved to the under-19 team of Lyngby Boldklub from Brøndby IF under-19, after two successive unsuccessful trials at Nykøbing FC and FC Roskilde.[3][4][5] He made his first-team debut on 29 November 2019 in a Danish Superliga matchup against FC Nordsjælland, coming on as a 60th-minute substitute for Emilio Simonsen as the match ended 11.[6] On 10 March 2020, Tekşen signed a one-year contract extension with Lyngby keeping him part of the club until at least 31 December 2020.[7][8][6]

Konyaspor

On 9 January 2021, it was announced that Tekşen would sign a two-and-a-half-year contract with Turkish Süper Lig club Konyaspor.[9] He was officially presented by the club on 13 January.[10]

On 21 January, he was sent on loan to the feeder club 1922 Konyaspor on a one-and-a-half-year deal.[11] He made his debut for the club on 27 January, coming on as a substitute in the 79th minute of a TFF Second League match against Sakaryaspor, which ended in a 1–1 draw.[12]

International career

Tekşen has represented Turkey at under-16 level, gaining five caps in which he scored one goal.[2][13]
