Life and career

Born in Tokyo to a Japanese mother and British father of Polish descent. She moved to England at age 14. She went on to attend the University of Durham, where she studied Chinese and Business joint honours.[1] Through her study abroad at Renmin University of China, she made many Korean friends and started becoming familiar with South Korea.[2] Before coming to South Korea in 2005, she was the Japanese representative for L'Oreal from September 2003 to August 2005. It was only through doing a month homestay on Super Junior Full House in 2006 that skyrocketed her popularity.

In 2007, Eva replaced English Speed Quiz teacher Leah on Star Golden Bell before the segment ended. She also regularly appears on KBS's Global Talk Show as representative of the United Kingdom.[3]

In May 2010, she registered her marriage with her Korean husband, who teaches recreational and leisure sports, ahead of their wedding on October 16, 2010.[4]
