Faiz Mattoir (born 12 July 2000) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for AC Ajaccio in the French Ligue 2. Born in France, Mattoir represents the Comoros national team.

Career

Mattoir made his senior debut with Ajaccio in a 1–1 Ligue 2 tie with Clermont Foot on 22 November 2019.[1] He signed his first professional contract with the club on 10 June 2020.[2]

International career

Born in France, Mattoir is of Comorian descent.[3] Mattoir debuted for the Comoros national team in a 1-1 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualification tie with Kenya on 11 November 2020.[4]
