Finding Alice is a British television comedy-drama produced by RED Production Company (a STUDIOCANAL company)[2] in association with Bright Pictures TV, Buddy Club Productions and Genial Productions. It premiered on ITV on 17 January 2021.[3][4]

Synopsis
The whirlwind contemporary drama follows the story of Alice and her honest, dark and comical journey of grief, love and life after the death of her partner Harry – her partner of twenty years – who falls down the stairs of their new dream home he designed.
The sense of loss and abandonment leaves Alice feeling more disoriented than ever before, and as the series unravels we discover that Harry has left behind a storm of secrets, debt and criminality for her to clean up.

Despite certain setbacks, Alice decides to go ahead and organise Harry's funeral. She finds herself at loggerheads with Harry's parents and what he would have really wanted. Critical Reception
Eleanor Bley Griffiths reviewing for the Radio Times described Finding Alice as This interesting and ambitious drama giving it four stars also mentioning Keeley Hawes gives a masterful performance in ITV’s darkly comic drama.[11], Ben Dowell of The Times called the drama classy acting outweighs the shopworn plot and gave it four stars,[12] Lucy Mangan for The Guardian mentions thank god for Nigel Havers and Joanna Lumley in her review giving it three stars[13]while finally Anita Singh of The Telegraph called the drama a thriller, a comedy, or an episode of Grand Designs? and gave it three stars[14]
