Fit for Life (Philippine TV series)
Fit for Life is a Philippine fitness and lifestyle show broadcast on TV5, presented by actress-model Jessy Mendiola. The show premiered August 16, 2020 on TV5 and August 17, 2020 thereafter on the Cignal cable channel Colours.[1][2] Airing on the network's Sunday morning block in the 7:00 am timeslot, the show serves as Mendiola's first project in the Kapatid Network and Cignal family of channels as a new freelancer outside of her former home network, ABS-CBN.[3][4]
