The song was included on Roussos' 1973 album Forever and Ever, and later also on his 1976 EP The Roussos Phenomenon.

Background and writing

The song was written by Alec R. Costandinos and Stélios Vlavianós. The recording was produced by Demis Roussos.[1]

There is also a Spanish-language version, titled "Eternamente".[2]

Commercial performance

The song reached no. 1 in Belgium (Flanders), Mexico,[3] and no. 2 in the Netherlands.[1]
