Freshers is an Indian Marathi television series directed by Aniruddh Shinde and It was aired from 22 August 2016 on Zee Yuva.[1] It was ended on 13 June 2017.[2]

Plot summary

It is a story revolves around seven youngsters who just entered in senior college, after 12th to pursue their degree. They all hails from different family backgrounds and also from different parts of Maharashtra. Each one has their own dreams and goals. Initially, critical of their differences, they started enjoying a journey discovering with true selves. Each day brings about a new set of fun-filled expeditions for them. No matter how bad the situation is they always stand for each other.[3][4]

  • Amruta Deshmukh as Pari Deshmukh, a funny character who quite rich and comes from Latur.

  • Rashmi Anpat as Manava Raje. a Virat Kohli's fan and very gorgeous and stunning girl. Nirav's love interest.
  • Rasika Vengurlekar as Renuka Billare, a meek and timid girl who hails from poor family.
  • Shubhankar Tawde as Samrat Patil. a Kabbadi player who is originally from Kolhapur.
  • Siddharth Khirid as Nirav Desai, a smart and kindhearted boy. Manava has a crush on him.
