Germain (cyclist)
Germain was a French track cyclist. He competed in two events at the 1900 Summer Olympics. After finishing third in the heats in the men's sprint event he was eliminated in the quarter finals. A few days later in the men's point race event he finished 9th, after winning 1 point in both the 7th and 8th sprint.[1]
