Gertus

Gertus, also known as Gertous or Gerous (Ancient Greek: Γερτοῦς; acc. Γερτούντα), was an ancient Greek city in the territory of Chaonia located in the region of Epirus.[1][2][3] The city, according to Polybius, belonged to the Chaonian Greek subtribe known as the Dexari.[1][2] Along with Chrysondyon, Gertus was situated between Lychnidus and Antipatrea.[1]
