Gilbert-Luc Devinaz (19 July 1953) is a French politician.[3]

He is member of the Socialist Party party.[4] He is current member of the senate since 2018. He was General Councilor of the Rhône from 2011 to 2015. He was elected Municipal councilor of Villeurbanne since 2017. He is several times deputy mayor of Villeurbanne.[5][6] He also chairs the France-Armenia interparliamentary friendship group.[7]
Biography
Gilbert-Luc Devinaz was born in Lyon, France in 1953.[8] He will be a member almost without interruption and will occupy various responsibilities there.[9] He was research fellow at the center d'etudes techniques of Lyon. He became for the first time a municipal councilor for the town of Villeurbanne in 1983.[10]
