Godavari Telugu

Godavari Telugu (Telugu: గోదావరి తెలుగు, romanized: Gōdāvari telugu) or Godhaari Basha is a dialect of Telugu language that is mostly spoken by the people from the Godavari basin of Andhra Pradesh. In this dialect, each word is longer to pronounce compared to standard Telugu.

Influence

This dialect of Telugu language is more influential after Amaravati Telugu in every aspect. It became more influential since the beginning of 21st century, especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Many people in the field of Politics, Arts, Literature, Cinema, Science, Economy, Business and others were highly successful. These people started to use their dialect, making it more recognised.

Today, this dialect is spoken by the people even from the other regions.[2]
