Greatest Day (Beverley Knight song)

"Greatest Day" is a song by Beverley Knight, released as the fifth single from her album Prodigal Sista. The track became her biggest charting single up to that point when it peaked at number 14 on the UK Singles Chart, and still remains one of her best-known hits. The track, which was re-recorded by Mike Spencer to move the sound away from the original album version to a more disco feel, was nominated for Best Single at the 1999 MOBO Awards.

Knight recently performed the song as the final song on her Music City Soul tour.

The video for the song was shot by director Jake Nava who also previously shot Beverley's "Made It Back '99" video and has since gone on to become a much sought-after video director.
