HL-2M

The HL-2M tokamak, also called an "artificial sun," is a tokamak on a similar calibre as ITER.

As of 2020, it was the most significant fusion reactor in the Far East. But as of 2021, no tokamak reactor (or fusion reactor, period) has yet reached net productive energy. It was fired up for the first time in Dec 2020. [1]

In 2018, the EAST tokamak reached 100 million degrees Celsius (180 million degrees Fahrenheit).[2] [3]
