Hannes Aigner

Hannes Aigner (born 19 March 1989 in Augsburg) is a German slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2006. He won a bronze medal in the K1 event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.[1]

Career

Aigner won three gold medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, one in the K1 event (2018) and two in the K1 team event (2010, 2011). He also won seven medals at the European Championships (1 gold, 3 silvers and 3 bronzes).[2][3][4]

He finished in 4th place in the K1 event at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.[5][6][7][8]
