Herbert James Willing
Herbert James (Bep) Willing (born 16 August 1878 Rotterdam, Netherlands - died 15 September 1943 Bergamo, Italy) was a retired Dutch international football referee.[1]
Career
He officiated 15 international matches and was FIFA referee in 1906–1914. He attributed 4 matches in 1912 Olympic Games[2] and others were in friendly matches.
