Hibbertia acerosa
Hibbertia acerosa, commonly known as needle leaved guinea flower, is a small shrub in the family Dilleniaceae that is native to Western Australia.[1]

The shrub has a low spreading or climbing habit and can grow to a height of 0.1 to 0.6 m (3.9 in to 1 ft 11.6 in). It blooms between July and February producing yellow flowers.
The species is endemic to the Wheatbelt, Peel, South West, Great Southern and coastal parts of the Mid West and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia where it gows in sandy or gravelly soils over or around granite or laterite.[1]
