Paleontology

In 1878 a few fossil fragments of some small Cretaceous reptile (presumably a small dinosaur of uncertain affinities) were found here. Czech naturalist Antonín Frič named it Procerosaurus exogyrarum, now it is known as Ponerosteus exogyrarum.[2]
