Hootan Shakiba
Hootan Shakiba (Persian: هوتن شکیبا; born 14 June 1984 in Tehran) is an Iranian actor and voice actor.[2] He won Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in When the Moon Was Full[3] in 37th Fajr Film Festival (2019).
